Service Agreements

On-Site Support
IDL offer on-site technical support services to customers that require product engineer assistance for the Installation and Commissioning of our products. This service provides assistance in resolving application issues.

Maintenance Services
IDL offer maintenance contracts to provide scheduled preventative works for our products, in particular bespoke installations and Fastlane plus installations due to the mechanical nature of the product. The contract includes a call-out service to provide factory trained engineers on site as required.
