Door Detective Plus
Door Detective Plus improves the functionality of an access controlled door, with the inclusion of tailgate detection using an active infrared matrix based upon Fastlane Optical turnstile functionality and our patented "monitoring of entry portals".
The Door Detective Plus is the highest spec model in the Door Detective range, with lower beams, Fastlane Connect Ethernet connectivity and POE power supply options.
Door Detective Plus also has the option of adding our sidegating technology whereby our proprietary technology analyses any interruptions to the infra-red beam matrix, spotting and notifying of the existence of a second person.
The Door Detective units are installed either side of a door frame to provide infrared optical monitoring of the doorway. The Door Detective processor provides the lock control in accordance with inputs from the access control system and door sensor. For each authorisation, the optical system is monitoring for unauthorised access, wrong direction and tailgate events providing the access control and CCTV systems with an alarm signal. The rectangular stainless steel enclosure offers an aesthetically pleasing two-tone design to complement multiple types of décor, while still maintaining its market leading performance. The Fastlane Connect interface extends functionality using the Door Detective’s resident web pages for remote control and configuration, in addition remote support and Fastlane Connect applications may be used control and data gathering.
